This course includes a tour around our spices and medicinal plants garden, where we will freshly pick the seasoning for our dishes.

Cooking Tour description
Explore the culinary culture of Costa Rica during our cooking class in Manuel Antonio. We show you some of the lesser-known dishes this country has to offer and teach you how to cook them yourselves in a few easy steps.

In every class you will be preparing the main component of the meal yourselves and our staff will take care of the rest of the meal, so you may enjoy a wonderful authentic lunch at our place.
For dessert we will share the dripped coffee making technique used in Costa Rica to prepare coffee the typical way. This includes the principle of water temperature, ground size, roast types, water-coffee relation, filtering methods and sampling ways. And for those who do prefer tea, we will sample some of the medicinal plants in our garden, in order to create the tea of your preference.
Additionally, we will extract sugarcane juice using
the Trapiche and mixing a wonderful, refreshing drinks with it.
